Most Radio-Operators will sometime get problems with making Some interference to other electronic equipment such as TV-Sets,- Video Recorders,- Stereo-Gear a.s.o. Causes of Interference Basically interferance can be categoriced into tree major types. Interference due to 'splatter' over a wide frequency spectra. LF-Feedback (Detection) in Audio circuits. RF-Leakage in Power supplies and via power cords. It's not always the transmitting operators fault that interference may exist,- But he is always blamed. Itīs a fact! Most problems with interference is caused by poore quality and bad installations of Audio/Telepone and TV/Video equipment. In many homes the back of the TV-Set looks like a worm-hole but that is never the problem... YOU are!!! Ok,- arguing with irritated neighbours doesnīt solve any problems,- crative thinking and some simple things inmind does the trick in most cases. There is also some HAMs operators that make interferance intentionaly,- how to solve this problem is NOT covered.
