![]() - Water-cooled PSU-Unit - I'm missing some images due to recent server crash! ![]() Water-cooled PSU-Unit in place ![]() Inside The watercooled PSU is now installed in my server@home - I started with a 500W standard 'Q-TEC' psu, dissasembled it to be able to make some holes for the water pipes to go in and out of the PSU-Box, the cupper plate is mounted directly to the standard aluminum heat-sink using 4pcs of self drilling screws and some silicon heat-compound. The water pipe is soldered to the cu-plate with standard 80W soldering iron, the plate and pipe is first pre-heated on a coocking plate to get it up in temperature to be able to solder propperly.
