- Assembly of the TH-7DX boom and feed -

I started with cleaning the boom to mast brackets, the boom tubes and the boom to element brackets. The boom to element brackets was also 're-shaped' at this time. I flaten the brackets just a little with a hydraulic press, so that thay will give some pressure on the tubes when fitted on the boom, in the shape thay came the screws would go to the end, and still no tention on the tubes.

Boom with element brackets and feed system ready assembled. Al electrical connections is cleaned with brass bruch

Element brackets for the Front Drive Element (FDE) with feed system and the balun underneath the boom. Al electrical connections is cleaned with brass bruch

Feed system at the cross-over. Al electrical connections is cleaned with brass bruch.

Element brackets for the Rear Drive Element (RDE) with feed system. Al electrical connections is cleaned with brass bruch.
